B)<br />Of course, there are also <u>changes made to committee</u>(assistant head&amp;squad leaders wise).<br /><span style="color:#33cc00;">Congratulationsssss!</span><br />I'm going to make a speech now, hopefully I don't bore you girls out. Teehee.<br />-<br />So, the past year was quite a struggle for me as head.<br />I wasn't used to being the person to give out instructions, commands and yada, especially to quite a big group of girls because more than 11 is quite overwhelming for me. :x Anyway, learning to break free from my comfort zone was difficult. I had no idea how to carry on in the beginning. Then seniors helped me out a lot and assisted me in different aspects, forcing me to take charge because it's my duty to take care of everyone. They told me I should have an aim for girls in 50Th company, something that you all would learn when you attend GB meetings. I can't tell whether I did but I hoped all of you enjoyed the meetings. We've probably slackened for the previous year as compared to the time when I first joined 50Th(2006/2007?). I guess it could be because I wasn't showing much urgency during meetings. I do apologise for that.<br />To end off my speech, I'd like to thanks teachers, not forgetting Pastor Ben and seniors for having faith in me to appoint me as head. I've never really been in leadership post before except for small groups(primary/secondary sch). This has been unforgettable, having opportunity to work with others and the faded(?) key chain as 'souvenir'. Also, the most tiring salute ever during NPD' 08. :P<br />-<br />Next, I would like to extend all my well-wishes to every girl in 50Th. I can see that most of you are zealous GB girls(from your suggestions and initiative). Hope your passion stay as strong for years to come! May all of you rejoice in Lord for He loved us first and remember Phil 4:13! God will not assign anything to us that we cannot accomplish. Play hard and study harder! Its something worth being happy for. :D<br />But today is also the first day that we wear our full GB uniform to do drills.<br />And saw our forming up video clip, on things to improve etc.<br />The sec1s looked so blur and we saw them wandering about in the foyer.<br />So when we had a break, we gathered them together and talked to them. :D<br />XinYing- Bukit Panjang Primary, 1B.<br />Mandy- (i dont know how to spell the sch. :P), 1D.<br />KeXin- Kranji Primary, 1I and<br />Regina- Unity Primary, 1I! :D<br />Is it not nice to post their schools here?<br />I dont really know cause we may have other people visiting our blog.<br />And maybe the GB girls want to know them better. :)<br />For your info, i think that's about it. HAHA! :P<br />Yeah, i elbowed WS before going out to take my rank. lol.<br />y'know cause the space was like so tiny and im so not tiny. :D<br />Sec1s tried a little of our drills too! I only voted for 2 private when we were supposed to have 3. SORRY! I'm dumb.
